Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund back to the payment method that was used. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  If the returned item is returned past 30 days of the order shipping date we will issue a store credit code to be used at checkout on the website.  We will not cover reshipping a tshirt because the wrong size was ordered.  The purchaser would need to include return postage for the new tshirt and make sure the old shirt is still in new condition.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Once item is received we can complete refund.

Please do not send packages back to us without communicating first.  We get packages sometimes with no notes and no information.  We have no idea what these are if there isn't any information communicated with us.  



We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

We will not be responsible lost or damaged shipments sent First Class or Ground Advantage.  This is at your own risk.  It can sometimes take up to several weeks to arrive this way.  All the other shipping options are a lot better than First Class, there is a reason its the cheapest method. We hear from people that they have never had an issue but every shipment is different.  We cannot do anything with lost or damaged shipments sent this way.  We will not refund or reship for any item sent this way.  The only reason we continue to offer this service is because people complain about the costs of shipping.

The only guaranteed method of shipment by a certain date is Express shipping.  And sometimes we have seen this be late.  Just keep this in mind.  People think Priority is guaranteed.  It is not.  We ship out everyday unless noted on the website.  We drop off each morning.  If you order after 9am it probably will not be shipped until the next business day.
