In 1975, Cadillac High School Coach, JIM NEFF, blasted KISS in his football team's locker room to rev up his students into an undefeated winning streak over the course of the last 7 games of the season. When Bill Aucoin got news of this, he flew KISS into the Michigan High School football field where the band were greeted by an entire town of KISS makeup-laden students and faculty. Even the town mayor dressed up in KISS uniform to hand the band the key to the city after the band played a full-production concert in the team's gymnasium, pyrotechnics and all! A permanent monument to commemorate the event was erected just outside the school's football field in honor of the group.
