Copies were manufactured for distribution in the U.S. as well as the in Europe. All early production occurred in Europe but it is undetermined if stampers and pressing were produced in the U.S. or Europe for distribution in the U.S. The only discernable difference between the two versions is the hype sticker on the resealable sleeve and the presence of an MP3 voucher. The European hype sticker is red with black and white text mentioning the voucher as well as being remastered. The U.S. hype sticker is silver/grey with black and white text and makes no mention of a voucher or being remastered, although both versions are and were produced using the same masters.
