Error Messages When Checking Out
Your financial institution has indicated that it could not successfully authenticate this transaction. To protect against unauthorized use, this card cannot be used to complete your purchase. You may complete the purchase by selecting another form of payment or use a different card.
Did you receive an order number? If so, we can look up the order to verify that it went through. If not, then the order did not go through. If your credit card company is stating it went through but you did not get an order number, your credit card company is most likely holding the funds for your protection. These funds usually drop off in a few days. The best fix is to try another card. If that does not work put the order through as a Check or Money Order order and we can send a Paypal invoice for the total which you can use your credit card for even if you do not have a Paypal account.
Usually cards get rejected due to the information for the address or name being put in does not match exactly the way the credit card company records show. Good example is the word street being spelled out or abbreviated.

First Class Shipping is the worst method possible
First class shipping in or outside the USA is the worst shipping method possible. Its very slow and its not a very reliable method. First class can take anywhere from one week to ten weeks. If it was sent outside the USA, you can give it a week or two then check with customs in your country to see if they have processed it yet.
Tracking has not been updated when I check the tracking number online
Its usually not in the same place that is showing the last scan. If it was sent first class, which is the worst method possible. Its very slow and its not a very reliable method. With shipments outside the USA the last scan is usually USA customs right before it leaves the country then its up to the receiving country to scan it. Most do not do this. It is still on the way the receiving country is just not scanning it.
We are shipping out daily. However postage services seem to be slow right now. Inside the USA and outside the USA seems to be slower than normal right now. If it is a shipment for outside the USA and the tracking has not been updated in a few weeks, most likely its in customs in your country. Contact them with the tracking number and see if they have processed it yet. Once it leaves the USA we can't really help.
