| Recent Trip to Los Angeles |
The weekend before Christmas Keith Leroux and I went to Los Angeles to celebrate the holidays with Eric Singer and Bruce Kulick. We had a blast as usual. We spent most of the weekend shopping, you never want to go to the mall with Eric though. :) We got to visit Bruce's new home, which is really nice and bigger than the his old place. Bruce seems to be healing up very well from the gunshot wounds and was in very good spirits. Bruce is heading to Australia in early February. Eric as always took care of us by getting us VIP seating for the Lakers and Nuggets game. Which was a fantastic game in which Kobe hit the winning shot as the buzzer went off. Look for Eric in Japan on February 14th & 15th. He told us about several new projects he is involved in. More on this a little later. Always good times hanging out with both of them. I haven't been very good over the last year at letting all of you know about what is going on with Bruce and Eric even though I get to talk with them quite a bit. I will attempt to write more of these things this year. Its just been really hard over the last year since I have so much going on with my family, job and side businesses. Make sure you try to attend the Indianapolis KISS Expo on January 25th, its going to be a ton of fun. Thats all for now you KISS Freaks!

| BRUCE KULICK TRIUMPHANT RETURN TO THE STAGE IN AUSTRALIA FEBRUARY, 2004 |
| From: KISSONLINE
| Post your Comments (2) | Email News Story Bruce Kulick, Kiss’ lead guitarist for 12 years is making his way back to Australia for his third solo tour of this country. These dates mark his return to the stage after facing near death on Sunset Blvd when a crazed gunman fired into the street hitting Bruce twice in October of this year. Recovering at home in Los Angeles, Kulick is excited to return to Australia after having to postpone a tour of Europe in November due to his injuries. Bruce was shot through the leg and a second bullet grazed his temple. “I know there were some angels watching over me that night and I am lucky to be alive. Even though the injuries have been painful and I am continuing therapy, I know it could have been so much worse.” Bruce said. “Australia has always been so kind to myself and Kiss over the years that when the chance came up to return there and play for the fans I couldn’t pass that up. It has also made me focused on healing and recognise the great opportunities my career gives me. Even as far back as touring there with Meat Loaf in 1978 I have amazing memories and made lifetime friends” Being the third solo tour in three years for Bruce, Australia is becoming somewhat of a second home and as such has plans for an exciting new show for the fans coming along. “We have given the set list a shake up and there will be some tunes that the fans haven’t heard in a long time and a few that Kiss have never even performed live.” Before Bruce returns to the US for a full blown tour with his current band, Grand Funk Railroad, Bruce will perform shows in Melbourne and Sydney in February. After each show, Bruce will conduct a signing session for all fans. They will get a chance to meet and greet the guitar player that helped Kiss write and sell over 15 million albums and perform hundreds of sell out shows all over the world during their "unmasked" era. Kulick has also recorded and toured with such luminaries as Meat Loaf, Michael Bolton, Billy Squire and Grand Funk Railroad. Since leaving Kiss in 1996, Bruce formed UNION with Motley Crue vocalist John Corabi, releasing three albums and later, released two solo albums (Audiodog in 2001 and Transformer in 2003). He is endorsed by both ESP Guitars and Marshall Amplifiers. Bruce is a true guitar hero and Kiss fan or not, fans will be blown away with his fretwork. Bruce’s band on this coming tour will again be all-Australian featuring members of the Melbourne band, Stand (Paul Drennan, guitar/Stephen Crafter, drums/Matthew McAuliffe, bass). It will be one helluva crazy crazy night! TOUR DATES and TICKETING INFORMATION: Melbourne The Corner Hotel Thursday 5 February, 2004 Sydney Bar Broadway Saturday 7 February, 2004 For further information, please visit www.kulick.net and www.stand.net.au

| Gene's Chicago Book Signing |
| From: Jason
Kuehnhold My cousin Mike and I left Omaha at about 7:15 on Saturday morning for Gene's book signing in Chicago at 7:00 that night. It snowed and blooded all the way across Iowa and really started coming down as soon as we got in to Illinois. Cars in the ditch left and right. Anyway we pulled in to Chicago about 5:00 and made it to the Virgin Meagstore about an hour later. I found the line and got my place while Mike went through this huge store trying to find Gene's book. I was passing time with a couple of guys that had been to the Moline show the night before and they were telling me all about it and I was comparing it to the show in Omaha on 11/6 when a Virgin employee came by and handed all of us a note saying that 1 Gene will only be signing his book or the Symphony CD 2 You can take picture of Gene but not with Gene 3 Gene will not be signing any KISS memorabilia 4 All of the following rules will be STRICTLY ENFORCED and anyone who deviates will be asked to leave immediately. Gene was about a half hour late but Im guessing it was due to traffic and the weather it was crazy that night, anyway Gene came walking in and everyone started cheering and the line moved fast. I was taking pictures and thinking about what I was going to say, when I happened to look up just a Gene was doing a quick glance of the crowd and our eyes locked on the others and he gave me one the signature Gene Simmons clenched teeth grins. I just about lost it, Gene Simmons noticed me. Then it was my turn to meet him. I gave my camera to the photo lady walked up shook his hand as told him I had been waiting a long time to meet him. He grabbed my book and asked if he should sign the cover or the inside? I thought a minute and said the inside would be fine. First up was Sex, Money, KISS. Then was Kiss and make-up then was my book from the Boxed set. He said that he preferred the to sign the cover but did as I had requested I told him that He could sign those books where and as many times as he wanted. Up next was the picture. Gene put his around my shoulder and I put my arm around his waist and took the pic. As I got of the stage I shook his hand again and thanked him. I told him we drove all the way from Omaha just to see him. He looked at me and said "OMAHA?" I just nodded and laughed he shook his head and said something like thanks for coming out. As I was walking away they gave out this slab of chocolate with the cover of Sex Money KISS on it. I went down to the table at the end of roped off area and waited for Mike and was making sure that the pic they lady took was a good one, when Tim, the guy behind us, came over and asked for my address cause the lady taking the pictures took a couple of Gene and I with his camera. I have attached a pic of Gene and I. Just for the record Gene signed anything and everything put in front of him. He was polite and talked with everyone. The girl in front of me didn't even have book and he still signed something else for her and took pictures with her. Gene Simmons you truly are a class act. You know and recognize the fans helped put you where you are today. Jason Kuehnhold |
