International Shipping:
Keep in mind if you choose regular Airmail or Priority for International shipping it is at your own risk. There is no tracking number for International Airmail or Priority as of May 2007. Global Express is the best bet when ordering outside the USA. Air delivery usually takes 5 to 14 days, but may take longer depending on destination country due to customs in the receiving country. Global Express is a lot faster usually about a week, but items can still be held in customs by the receiving country, which we have no control over.
Payment of any import fees, duties, etc. imposed by your country on imported goods is the responsibility of the purchaser. For those of you confused by the American weight system, 1 pound (lb.) weight is equal to 0.45 kilogram.
Returns and Exchanges:
We offer a 30 Money Back Guarantee on almost every product we offer. This does not apply to any of the Gold Records or Standups. Gold Records we will charge 50% of the cost of these items if returned as a restocking fee. Standees are non-returnable. If any product is returned in a condition that is not resaleable we will not be able to provide any reimbursement. On any returned order we will not refund shipping fees. Please email us within 30 days of purchase date if you are requesting a refund or exchange. We can exchange clothing items for different sizes. Clothing must have been purchased in the last thirty days and have not been worn with tags still attached. Customer will be responsible for postage fees for the exchange.
30-Day Warranty:
All products (unless specifically stated otherwise), carry an implied, industry-standard 30-Day warranty against defects due to manufacturing or failure. Warranty does not include any use of the product that does not fall into the designed use of the product as intended by the manufacturer.
Paypal Payments
Yes we can take Paypal for payment. The best way to accomplish this quickly, if you want to use Paypal for payment is to add your items to the cart and choose Money Order as the payment option. Then send payment for the amount listed to: store@kissarmywarehouse.com and email the order email you receive from our cart to: info@kissarmywarehouse.com.
Declined Transactions or Orders
If you receive an error message similar to this one:
PAYPAL : Processor Decline This transaction cannot be processed.
It is most likely due to the billing address on the credit card not matching the one you input for the order. Best bet is to retry using the correct address. This solves the issue almost everytime. Keep a look out of spelling or number errors. A lot of people make a small error and don't realize it.
